Instabug pricing, now that it is Luciq

Instabug's pricing page now redirects to luciq.ai/pricing, whose footer reads "Luciq (formerly Instabug)". It prints no price. There is one plan, Enterprise, "priced on DAU and Seats", that is on your app's daily active users and the people who use the dashboard, and the way to a figure is a demo. The last price the page printed, in August 2025, was "Starts at $45,000 per year". Before that, from late 2023 to spring 2025, Instabug sold three plans anyone could buy, at $249, $499 and $749 a month billed yearly.

Every current detail here was read on luciq.ai/pricing on 4 October 2026, including the answers under its questions, and every older price on the Internet Archive's copies of instabug.com/pricing.

What does Instabug cost now?

Plan Price Support
Enterprise Through a demo, priced on daily active users and seats Chat and email, 2:00 to 21:00 Eastern time, standard response times
Enterprise Premier Through a demo Chat, email and a dedicated Slack channel, around the clock, response times agreed with you, and a dedicated engineer

The two plans differ only in support. Both carry single sign on with SAML and SCIM, role based access and audit logs, data hosting in the region you choose, unlimited apps and integrations, and retention you set.

The page's answers explain the meter. Daily active users are counted as the higher of two figures, the app store's data and what Luciq's own SDK records, and the count is a rolling six month average that Luciq reviews twice a year. A spike does not change the bill; an average that stays above your tier brings a call about moving to the next one. Seats can be added at any time.

Is there a free plan or a trial?

Neither is listed. Asked whether you can try Luciq without buying, the page answers that you can request a demo, and that the team may then enable "a limited technical POC environment".

That is a change. From 2019 to April 2025 every paid plan came with a 14 day trial, and the copy of January 2019 added "No Credit Card Required". A free plan stood beside the paid ones from 2019 to the summer of 2023: one member and one app in 2019, fifty bug reports a month in 2020, 15,000 sessions and two members in December 2022, and one member again, under the name Solo Developer, in August 2023. The copy of November 2023 has no free plan, and none has come back.

How has Instabug's price changed?

Archive copy What the page sold
January 2019 Free, then Bronze at $83 a month, Silver at $208 and Gold at $500 as the page first showed them, with 20 percent off for yearly billing, and Enterprise by quote
August 2019 Free, then Essential at $124 a month billed yearly or $149 monthly, Team at $249 or $299, and Business at $499 or $599, each with four members and more sold by the month
April 2020 Free for fifty bug reports a month, and a Pro plan with crash reporting and in app surveys sold as add ons; the paid prices are not in the archived copy
June 2022 Basic from $124 billed yearly or $149 monthly and Pro from $208 or $249, with crash reporting at $83 or $99 and performance monitoring at $249 or $299 added to either
December 2022 to February 2023 Free for 15,000 sessions a month, Standard from $100 a month billed yearly or $120 monthly for 25,000 sessions and six members, and Premium by quote
August 2023 Solo Developer free for one member, Standard from $200 billed yearly or $240 monthly, and Enterprise by quote
November 2023 to April 2025 Basic at $249 a month billed yearly, $2,990 a year, Pro at $499 and Ultimate at $749, each with four members and up to fifteen more from $50 a month each, and Enterprise by quote
August 2025 One plan, "Starts at $45,000 per year", priced on daily active users and seats
October 2026 Enterprise and Enterprise Premier under the name Luciq, with no price printed

The cheapest paid plan went from $100 a month in December 2022 to $200 by August 2023 and $249 by November 2023, and the single plan of August 2025 started at $45,000 a year, $3,750 a month. In the same years the meter changed four times: members and apps in 2019, bug reports on the free plan in 2020, sessions from late 2022, fixed plans with members from late 2023, and daily active users since 2025. Session replay, app store review monitoring and in app surveys sat on Ultimate, the $749 plan, from November 2023.

Did Instabug have feature requests?

It did. The copy of January 2019 lists Feature Requests in the product menu marked "NEW", and on the Silver plan. In August 2019 the menu called it "In-App Feature Requests" and the page placed it on the Team plan. It is still in the menu in April 2020 and missing from every copy of the pricing page from February 2021 on. Luciq's menu today offers surveys, reviews and what it calls opportunities, and the pricing page lists no board where users post requests and vote on each other's.

VoteFirst is a feature request board: users post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no count of daily active users. It does no crash reporting, performance monitoring or session replay. Gleap prices in app bug reports and a feature request board on its own page, BugHerd and Marker.io price bug reports for websites, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
