LogRocket pricing, by the monthly session

LogRocket replays web and mobile sessions, tracks product analytics and catches errors, and prices all three off one meter: sessions captured a month. A slider on the pricing page runs from 1,000 to 4 million or more sessions and swaps the plan and the price as it moves. At 1,000 sessions the plan is Free and costs nothing. From 10,000 to 100,000 sessions the plan is Core, from $83 to $717 a month. From 250,000 sessions up the plan is Pro, which adds an AI layer called Galileo and runs from $1,004 to $5,167 a month at the slider's top paid stop. Above that is Enterprise, priced after a call.

Every current figure here was read on logrocket.com/pricing on 4 October 2026, out of the session table built into the page's own script, and every older one on the Internet Archive's copies of the same page.

Pro adds the Galileo AI features, which the page marks as included free above 100,000 sessions a month; the slider's first Pro stop is 250,000. Enterprise adds unlimited seats, streaming data export, platform support, self hosted deployment and 2,000 free API and MCP credits a month, against Pro's 500.

The slider opens on 25,000 sessions, labeled "Starting at" above the $176 figure. Conditional Recording, sold on Pro from 250,000 sessions, records a chosen subset of sessions instead of every one, and the last column is the page's own estimate of the price for that share. Core's price per 1,000 sessions dips at 50,000 sessions and rises again at 100,000, the plan's own top stop. Pro's per session cost falls the whole way up the slider, from $4.02 per 1,000 sessions at 250,000 to $1.72 at 3 million.

Is there a free plan or a trial?

Both. Free runs 1,000 sessions a month with no time limit, and the FAQ offers a 14 day free trial on top of it. LogRocket bills monthly by default; paying a year ahead earns a discount, arranged through sales, and the page prints no annual price. On a monthly plan the plan or session volume can change at any time, while an annual plan can only raise its quota until the term ends. Self hosting is sold on the enterprise plans, and the page lists no refund terms.

How has LogRocket's price changed?

Archive copy Plans and prices a month
April 2019 Developer free for 1,000 sessions with 14 day data retention; Team starting at $99 for 10,000 sessions with 1 month retention; Professional custom, any volume
June 2020 The same three plans; Developer's free retention stretched to 30 days
April 2021 Developer still free for 1,000 sessions, now with 1 month retention and 3 team members; Team starting at $99 for 10,000 sessions, with up to 10 percent off for yearly billing
March 2022 Developer free for 1,000 sessions with 3 team members; Team starting at $99 for 10,000 sessions; Professional starting at $500 for any number of sessions; Enterprise custom, with self hosting offered
January 2024 Team starting at $69: 10,000 sessions $69, 25,000 $139, 50,000 $280; Professional starting at $295, up to $2,200 at 1 million sessions, with a startup plan for fewer than 20 employees; Enterprise pointed accounts over 1 million sessions to Conditional Recording
June 2025 to February 2026 Team and Professional each split web and mobile prices: Team at 10,000 sessions $99 a month on web or $199 on mobile billed monthly, $69 or $139 billed yearly; Professional at 10,000 sessions $350 web or $420 mobile monthly, $295 or $350 yearly
August 2026 Team and Professional replaced by Core and Pro on one slider, with the prices still on the page in October: Core from $83 to $717, Pro from $1,004 to $5,167

The entry paid price has sat between $69 and $99 for 10,000 sessions since 2019, and Core's $83 lands between the two. The change in 2026 is at the top: Professional started at $295 a month for any volume, while Pro starts at $1,004 for 250,000 sessions, and every account under 250,000 now pays Core prices without the AI features. The June 2025 copy also priced mobile sessions above web ones, $199 against $99 for 10,000 billed monthly; the 2026 slider shows one price per session count.

Does LogRocket run a feature voting board?

LogRocket's pricing page lists no roadmap or voting board where customers post requests and vote on each other's. The closest thing on the page is AI feedback analysis, a Pro feature that reads a company's own support tickets and reviews from Zendesk, Intercom, Qualtrics, G2 and Gong, which is feedback from a customer's users rather than requests about LogRocket itself.

VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no session count anywhere in the price. It records no sessions, runs no error tracking and ships no AI summaries, which is what LogRocket sells. Hotjar, Mouseflow and Lucky Orange price their own session replay tools, the session replay shortlist compares seven replay tools by the session, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.

How were these prices read?

The current plans, the session table and the FAQ come from logrocket.com/pricing, read on 4 October 2026, out of the session pricing data built into the page's own script rather than typed by hand into the markup. The history comes from the Internet Archive's copies of the same address taken on 11 April 2019, 13 June 2020, 24 April 2021, 25 March 2022, 14 January 2024, 22 June 2025, 17 February 2026 and 19 August 2026, reading each copy's own script where the page loaded its prices that way. Prices are in US dollars, and the per 1,000 session figures are the monthly price divided by the session count.

14 days, a card at signup, then $9 or $39 a month.
