Lucky Orange records sessions, draws heatmaps, runs surveys and live chat, and prices all of it by how many sessions a site tracks in a month. Every plan carries every feature. Build is $32 a month billed yearly for 3,500 sessions, Grow is $72 for 10,000, Expand is $199 for 50,000 and Scale is $839 for 300,000. Enterprise starts at 700,000 sessions and is priced after a call. The free plan that tracked 100 sessions a month was still on the page in April 2026 and gone by June.
Every current figure here was read on luckyorange.com/pricing on 4 October 2026, and every older one on the Internet Archive's copies of the same page.

The cards open on yearly billing and mark it 20 percent off. The comparison table under them gives monthly prices for Build, Expand and Scale and leaves Grow out. Every plan keeps data for 60 days, with 90, 180 or 365 days sold as upgrades at no printed price, adds another website for $5 a site, and has unlimited team members. Discovery AI, Lucky Orange's AI analysis, is "included" on the trial card and listed as an add on in the comparison table.
What does a session cost on each plan?
| Plan | Sessions | Billed yearly, a month | Per 1,000 sessions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Build | 3,500 | $32 | $9.14 |
| Grow | 10,000 | $72 | $7.20 |
| Expand | 50,000 | $199 | $3.98 |
| Scale | 300,000 | $839 | $2.80 |
The last column is the plan price divided by its sessions. Past the limit, the FAQ in the copies from 2022 and 2023 said Lucky Orange samples nothing, so once a month's sessions run out it stops tracking visitors, showing surveys and announcements, and running live chat, until more sessions are added to the plan.
Is there a free plan or a trial?
There is a 7 day trial with full access to every feature. The free plan is gone: copies from 2021 to April 2026 show a Free card, at 500 pageviews and later 100 sessions a month, and the copy of June 2026 and the live page show none. The June copy said the trial needed no credit card, as every copy back to 2021 did; the live page no longer says either way.
The live page prints no refund terms. The 2022 and 2023 copies offered a price match: Lucky Orange would beat a comparable plan from the customer's current tool, or give a free account.
How has Lucky Orange's price changed?

| April 2026 | Grow cut to 10,000 sessions at the same $72 |
| June 2026 to October 2026 | The Free plan removed; paid prices unchanged |
Lucky Orange switched its meter once, from pageviews to sessions, between the December 2022 and December 2023 copies, and Build went from $14 to $32 between the same two copies. Since then the cheapest plan has held its $32 while buying fewer sessions, 5,000 in 2023 and 3,500 now, Grow's $72 buys 10,000 instead of 15,000, and Scale went from $600 to $839 for the same 300,000.

What this costs

Fourteen day trial of Pro, card asked for at signup. Nothing here counts the people who vote, so the bill does not move when the board starts working. The long version, with what happens if you stop paying.
VoteFirst is that kind of board, for customers to post requests, vote and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no session count on either plan. Lucky Orange records sessions, builds heatmaps and runs live chat on a visitor's own page, none of which VoteFirst does at all. Hotjar and Mouseflow price their own session recording and heatmap tools, Survicate prices surveys on its own page, the session replay shortlist compares seven replay tools by the session, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
How were these prices read?

The copies to 2023 were read from the page data they carry, and the later ones rendered in a browser. Prices are in US dollars.
