Mouseflow records how visitors use a website: session replay video, click and scroll heatmaps, conversion funnels, form analysis and feedback surveys, all in one dashboard. It sizes every plan by how many sessions get recorded each month. Free costs nothing for 500 sessions. Essential is 25 euros a month billed yearly or 39 monthly for 5,000 sessions. Advanced is 109 euros or 149 for 25,000 sessions, and Premium is 319 euros or 399 for 100,000. Enterprise is sold by quote above that.
The live mouseflow.com/pricing page returned a Cloudflare block on every attempt to fetch it directly, so every current figure here comes from the Internet Archive's copy of that page taken on 28 August 2026, the newest the archive holds, and every older figure from earlier copies of the same address.
What does Mouseflow cost?
| Free | Essential | Advanced | Premium | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Billed yearly, a month | €0 | €25 | €109 | €319 | Custom |
| Billed monthly | €0 | €39 | €149 | €399 | Custom |
| Sessions a month | 500 | 5,000 | 25,000 | 100,000 | Custom |

| Funnels | 1 | 1 | 5 | 10 | Custom |
| Data retention | 1 month | 3 months | 6 months | 12 months | Custom |
Session replay, heatmaps, friction detection, data filtering and plug and play integrations are listed on every plan including Free. Feedback surveys, form analysis, data export, the open REST API and journey analytics are marked only from Essential up, and single sign on, custom privacy settings, priority support and a customer success manager are Enterprise only. The page opens on the yearly prices and shows "Save up to 35%" against the monthly column.
What does Mouseflow cost as sessions grow?
| Sessions needed a month | Plan that fits | Price a month, billed yearly |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 500 | Free | €0 |
| Up to 5,000 | Essential | €25 |
| Up to 25,000 | Advanced | €109 |
| Up to 100,000 | Premium | €319 |
| Over 100,000 | Enterprise, by quote | Not listed |
A session on Essential costs half a euro cent at the full 5,000 allowance. Advanced brings that down to about 0.44 cents a session at 25,000, and Premium to about 0.32 cents at 100,000, so the price a session keeps falling as the plan gets bigger, even though the price a month keeps rising.
Is there a free plan or a trial?
Free runs forever: 500 sessions a month, one website project, one funnel and one month of storage. Every paid plan opens with a 14 day trial with full access to the platform, and the archived page's own FAQ says a card is not needed to start one. Annual plans carry a 14 day money back guarantee, open only to a customer's first annual subscription and not covering Enterprise. The current page lists no cancellation terms for monthly plans. When an account runs out of sessions mid month, tracking stops until the next monthly refill, unless a refill is requested or the plan is upgraded from the dashboard.

| May 2023 to July 2025 | Starter, Growth, Business and Pro at 31, 109, 219 and 399 billed yearly or 39, 129, 259 and 499 monthly, with no currency printed, for 5,000, 15,000, 50,000 and 150,000 sessions |

Mouseflow's Starter, Growth and Pro prices did not move at all between the April 2016 and September 2022 copies, over six years, while Free's allowance grew from 100 sessions in the 2018 and 2019 copies to 500 by October 2020 and a Business tier was slotted in between Growth and Pro. Every figure then rose between the September 2022 and May 2023 copies, Starter from 24 to 31 billed yearly and Pro from 299 to 399, and held for two more years. By the August 2026 copy the four paid tiers were redrawn into three: Advanced carries the same 109 a month billed yearly that Growth did, for 25,000 sessions instead of 15,000, and the top listed tier, Premium, covers 100,000 sessions where Pro covered 150,000.
Does Mouseflow run a feature voting board?
Mouseflow watches visitors on its customers' own sites and reports the replays, heatmaps and survey answers back to one team's dashboard. Its pricing page and site navigation, as archived in July 2025 and August 2026, list no board where customers post requests and vote on each other's, and no public roadmap.
What this costs
Lite
$9 /mo
Pro
$39 /mo
Lifetime
$999 once
Fourteen day trial of Pro, card asked for at signup. Nothing here counts the people who vote, so the bill does not move when the board starts working. The long version, with what happens if you stop paying.
VoteFirst is that kind of board, for customers to post requests, vote and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no count of sessions on either plan. Mouseflow records every visitor's actual session as a replayable video across heatmaps and funnels; VoteFirst records nothing at all. Hotjar prices its own heatmaps and recordings, Survicate prices surveys by the response, Usersnap prices a feedback widget, the session replay shortlist compares seven replay tools by the session, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
How were these prices read?
The live mouseflow.com/pricing page blocked every direct fetch with Cloudflare, so the current plans come from the Internet Archive's copy of the same address taken on 28 August 2026, read as served, together with that copy's own structured data and FAQ text. The history comes from the Internet Archive's copies of the same page taken on 25 March 2010, 1 January 2012, 5 January 2014, 3 April 2016, 24 June 2018, 13 August 2019, 22 October 2020, 26 October 2021, 25 September 2022, 27 May 2023, 13 April 2024, 4 November 2024 and 18 July 2025. Older prices are given in the currency each copy printed; the 2023 to 2025 copies print no currency symbol, and the 2026 copy's own structured data states euros.
