Mopinion puts feedback forms and surveys on websites, in apps and in emails, and reports on the answers. It is Dutch, prices in euros, and sizes each plan with a calculator: which channels you use, how many domains, brands or apps, and how much traffic each carries. Standard starts at €279 a month billed yearly, or €349 billed monthly. Enterprise starts at €999 a month billed yearly, or €1,199 monthly. Users and surveys are unlimited on both.
Every current figure here was read on mopinion.com/pricing on 4 October 2026, and every older one on the Internet Archive's copies of the same page.
What does Mopinion cost?
| Standard | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|
| Billed yearly | From €279 a month | From €999 a month |
| Billed monthly | From €349 a month | From €1,199 a month |
| Trial | 14 days, no card | Demo first |
| Users and surveys | Unlimited | Unlimited |
The calculator starts each channel at one domain with 500,000 pageviews a month, one email brand with 50,000 emails, or one app with 100,000 sessions, and every count can be raised to unlimited. Above what Standard covers, the calculator says "perhaps an Enterprise pricing is more suitable to your needs" and switches to custom pricing.
Every plan and trial includes AI summaries of the answers, real time analysis, alerts and tags, the API and integrations, and conversational forms. Enterprise options are white labeling with no Mopinion branding on forms, feedback translations, single sign on through Google, a custom data processing agreement, a dedicated server on a your-company.mopinion.com address, personal onboarding and bespoke training. White labeling, translations and single sign on carry a note that "Additional costs might apply".
What does a year of Mopinion cost?
| Plan | Billed yearly | Billed monthly, for twelve months |
|---|---|---|
| Standard, from | €3,348 | €4,188 |
| Enterprise, from | €11,988 | €14,388 |
Yearly billing saves €840 on the smallest Standard plan, a fifth of the monthly price. The prices exclude VAT: Dutch customers pay 21 percent on top, EU businesses account for it under the reverse charge, and customers outside the EU pay none. The page also shows dollars and pounds, but "USD and GBP prices are an indication. We will charge you based on the current EUR exchange rate at the moment of charging".
Is there a free plan or a trial?
There is no free plan. Standard has a 14 day trial with full access, "No credit card needed". When it ends, Mopinion keeps the feedback inbox collecting, but the reports go offline until a plan is bought.
Monthly customers paying by card can cancel at any time, but "we cannot do refunds for annual plans". Non profits can ask sales for a discount; the page prints no figure.

The free plan of 2019 lasted about a year and a half.
Does Mopinion run a feature voting board?
Mopinion collects feedback through forms its customers place on their own sites, apps and emails, and its answers come into an inbox for one team to read. Its pricing page lists no board where customers post requests and vote on each other's, and no public roadmap.

Fourteen day trial of Pro, card asked for at signup. Nothing here counts the people who vote, so the bill does not move when the board starts working. The long version, with what happens if you stop paying.
VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no count of pageviews. It runs no surveys or rating forms, which Mopinion does across three channels with its data kept in the EU. Hotjar and Usersnap price website feedback widgets on their own pages, Zonka Feedback prices surveys by the response, the CSAT and NPS shortlist compares thirteen survey tools by the answered survey, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
