Loop11 pricing, by the project

Loop11 is a remote usability testing tool. A team sets up moderated or unmoderated tests, brings its own participants or tests on desktop, mobile and tablet, and reads back clickstreams, heatmaps and highlight clips. It has three plans, Rapid Insights, Pro and Enterprise, each billed monthly or billed annually at a lower monthly rate, and each sized by how many projects run a month.

The current plans come from www.loop11.com/pricing. Fetched plain with curl on 5 October 2026, the served HTML carried both billing views with no script needed to load them, and stated that all pricing is in US dollars.

What does Loop11 cost?

Billed annually $179 a month $358 a month Custom quote
Projects a month 3 10 Unlimited
Participants a project 10 100 Unlimited
Moderated test observers 3 3 Unlimited
Moderated test duration 2 hours 2 hours 2 hours
Tasks and questions Unlimited Unlimited Unlimited

A project is, in the page's words, moderated or unmoderated testing with its own tasks and questions; participants a project counts how many can enter and complete that project, and the page says they are brought by the buyer at no charge. Every plan lists moderated and unmoderated testing, testing on desktop, mobile and tablet, five second and first click tests, a virtual observation room, and annual plans are said to include five seats as standard. Rapid Insights' key features are moderated and unmoderated testing, unlimited tasks and questions, and three projects a month. Pro adds, in the page's words, heatmaps, clickstreams and path analysis, data export, and ten projects a month. Enterprise adds single sign on (SSO), creating report segments, and unlimited projects a month. Downgrading from Pro to Rapid Insights limits a buyer to viewing the data from the first ten completed participants in each project.

Is there a free plan or a trial?

The pricing page lists no free plan. A banner above the plans offers a free trial of 14 days with the full capabilities of the Enterprise plan, including three user studies, and says it needs no credit card. The page separately says a buyer can upgrade, downgrade or cancel a plan at any time.

Does Loop11 run a feature voting board?

No. The page's own footer links only a FAQ page and a page titled How Loop11 Works, with no community, ideas, feedback or roadmap link. The addresses community.loop11.com, feedback.loop11.com, ideas.loop11.com and roadmap.loop11.com all fail to resolve. The paths /ideas, /feedback and /roadmap each return a 404 status and the site's own "Page not found" page. loop11.canny.io also returns a 404. No link on the pricing page points to canny.io, uservoice.com, featureupvote.com, wishkit or any other board.

VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no participant count to choose. Loop11 runs moderated and unmoderated usability tests on a product and records clickstreams and heatmaps from the testers, and VoteFirst does none of that; it collects and ranks what customers want built next. Userbrain recruits panel testers and prices Starter, Plus and Flex by how many testers a plan includes, UserTesting names three plans that each end at Request pricing, the user research shortlist compares ten of these tools by what a study costs and who counts as a seat, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
