Lyssna pricing, by the study and the seat

Lyssna runs prototype and live website tests, first click, preference and five second tests, card sorting, tree testing, surveys and recorded interviews, and until late 2023 it was called UsabilityHub. It has three plans. Free costs nothing for three seats and 15 responses from people you recruit yourself. Growth is $199 a month, or $166 a month billed yearly, for five seats and five in depth studies a month. Enterprise is priced after a demo. Participants from Lyssna's own panel cost extra on every plan.

Every current figure here was read on lyssna.com/pricing on 4 October 2026, in both billing views, and every older one on the Internet Archive's copies of the same page and of usabilityhub.com/pricing before it.

A quick study is, in the page's words, "a study with a single section using core methods only"; an in depth study has several sections. Viewers are unlimited and take no seat. Free carries the core methods, user interviews, Spaces and live chat support. Growth adds conditional logic, CSV exports, custom branding with Lyssna's logo removed, think aloud recordings, live website and mobile testing, AI follow up questions and summaries, role based permissions and an MCP server. Enterprise adds single sign on through SAML 2.0, a SOC 2 report, invite only Spaces, wallets for sharing credits, password rules, custom contract terms and priority support.

Paid annually, Growth's year of study limits is available from the first day. Cards are Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and invoices are offered on yearly and Enterprise plans.

What does the panel cost?

The pricing page prints no panel price. Its answers say "The Lyssna panel is priced separately. You can pay to recruit from our panel as you go or you can purchase bulk panel credits at a discount", and that credits "never expire". The figure for a given audience comes from a separate order calculator. Recruiting your own users costs nothing beyond the plan.

Is there a free plan or a trial?

Free is a plan, not a trial: "The Free plan has no ongoing fees", and it has "no subscription term". Both the Free and Growth cards say "No credit card required". There is no separate trial of Growth, and the page lists no refund terms. Students, educators, charities and non profits get 25 percent off a subscription by asking sales.

Does Lyssna run a feature voting board?

Lyssna's site links no public board where customers post requests and vote on each other's, and no public roadmap. Its pricing page lists surveys and interviews, which ask research questions of participants rather than collecting requests from customers.

VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no count of studies. It runs no usability tests or interviews. Dovetail prices research analysis on its own page, Sprig and Survicate price in product surveys, the user research shortlist compares research tools by the seat and the study, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
