Userlytics runs moderated and unmoderated usability tests, card sorting, tree testing and surveys, recruiting testers from its own panel or letting a customer bring their own participants. It has four plans. Project Based charges a custom quote per session with no subscription, for a minimum of five sessions. Enterprise prices a session from $30, with volume discounts on an annual plan. A DIY subscription plan is $699 a month, paid annually, for five seats as Premium, or $999 a month for ten seats as Advanced. Limitless is a custom quote for unlimited seats and tests.
Every current figure here was read on userlytics.com/pricing on 4 October 2026, and every older one on the Internet Archive's copies of its pricing pages.

Does Userlytics charge for going over a plan?
The current pricing page lists no per participant fee, only the allowances in the table above. The copies of September 2022 and May 2023 did, on the five seat plan only: $19 a participant for an unmoderated session from Userlytics' panel, $138 for a moderated one, and $10 for a moderated session with a participant the customer supplied. The panel rates were limited to broad audiences in twelve countries, the United States among them.
Is there a free plan or a trial?
The current pricing page lists no free plan and no trial, only a free demo booked with sales. The Internet Archive's copy of May 2023 carried a "Start your Free Trial" button on the DIY plans, and the oldest readable copy, from February 2011, offered a first study worth $299 at no cost, before Userlytics sold subscriptions at all. The page lists no refund terms.

Does Userlytics run a feature voting board?
Userlytics' site says its product roadmap is shaped by customer feedback, but its navigation and footer link no public board where customers post requests and vote on each other's, and no public roadmap page. Its pricing page prices usability sessions, not a feedback board.
What this costs

Pro

$999 once
Fourteen day trial of Pro, card asked for at signup. Nothing here counts the people who vote, so the bill does not move when the board starts working. The long version, with what happens if you stop paying.
VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no per session or per participant charge. It runs no usability tests and recruits no panel of testers, which is what Userlytics does. Lookback prices moderated sessions by the year, Lyssna and Optimal Workshop price testing by the study, the user research shortlist compares them side by side, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
