Qualtrics sells an experience management platform split into three categories, Customer Experience, Employee Experience and Market Research, with eight products between them. Every product card names a pricing metric and ends at a Request Pricing button; none of the eight carries a number.
These figures come from qualtrics.com/pricing, rendered in a browser from the Czech Republic on 5 October 2026. Older figures come from the Internet Archive's copies of the same address.

How does Qualtrics price a plan?
The page's FAQ defines the meter without giving either rate. An interaction counts as a data record Qualtrics collects or processes to deliver its experience insights and drive the next action, and different products draw on different interaction types. Qualtrics set the rate for each product by reviewing customer buying patterns, product usage trends and industry practices, then blending those into one rate a product. Pricing and plans can also differ by industry, based on security requirements and which products are sold there. The page adds that every product includes Qualtrics' AI and technology for an unlimited number of users, so no product is priced by the seat.
Is there a free plan or a trial?
The pricing page lists no free plan and no trial for any of the eight products; every product card ends at Request Pricing, and the page as a whole ends at Request Demo. Read in a browser from the Czech Republic on 5 October 2026, the page's header carried only Login and Request Demo, with no free account link.
How has Qualtrics' price changed?
| Archive copy | What the pricing page printed |
|---|---|
| 13 April 2002 | One on premise product, Akira 1.2.2, priced per processor as an annual license plus a setup fee, quoted only by emailing the company |
| 3 February 2024 | Customer Experience (4 products), Employee Experience (3 products) and Market Research (3 products), every product ending at Request Pricing; a separate DesignXM free 30 day trial; four pricing FAQ questions, none about industry |
| 15 January 2025 | Customer Experience (4 products), Employee Experience (3 products) and Market Research (3 products); Qualtrics Strategic Research described as available on a self serve basis with a Learn More link and no price; five pricing FAQ questions, one of them on whether plans vary by industry |
| 13 January 2026 | Customer Experience (4 products), Employee Experience (2 products) and Market Research (2 products); five pricing FAQ questions; no DesignXM trial on the page |
| 19 September 2026 | The same eight products as January 2026; three pricing FAQ questions, with neither of the January copy's two questions on moving from a single product to a suite |
No copy from 2002 to 2026 prints a number for any plan.
Does Qualtrics run a feature voting board?
No. The Experience Community at community.qualtrics.com lists an Ideas section in its navigation, but that address asks a visitor to log in and shows no idea, vote or status to anyone who is not signed in.
What this costs
Lite
$9 /mo
Pro
$39 /mo
Lifetime
$999 once
Fourteen day trial of Pro, card asked for at signup. Nothing here counts the people who vote, so the bill does not move when the board starts working. The long version, with what happens if you stop paying.
VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no quote to ask for. Qualtrics runs surveys and experience analytics for customers, employees and research panels, and VoteFirst does none of that; it collects and ranks what customers want built next. SurveyMonkey, Typeform and Survicate print a price on every self serve plan, QuestionPro and Alchemer print theirs by the user, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
How were these prices read?
The current page comes from qualtrics.com/pricing, rendered in a browser from the Czech Republic on 5 October 2026, and matched a plain fetch of the same address, last modified 1 October 2026 by its own header; the page's navigation, loaded by a separate script, showed Login and Request Demo with no free account link. The history comes from the Internet Archive's copies of qualtrics.com/pricing taken on 13 April 2002, 3 February 2024, 15 January 2025, 13 January 2026 and 19 September 2026, fetched with id_ and HTML comments stripped; the archive holds no further copy with pricing content between 2002 and 2024. The board check opened community.qualtrics.com, which lists an Ideas section inside its Experience Community, then opened community.qualtrics.com/p/evolve directly, which returned a login wall rather than an idea list.
14 days, a card at signup, then $9 or $39 a month.
