Shake is a bug and crash reporting SDK for mobile apps: a shake of the phone opens a report form that attaches logs, a screen recording and device state. Free costs nothing for three seats, one app and 20 bug reports a month. Premium is $200 a month billed yearly or $250 billed monthly, for 25 seats and five apps, and Organization is $420 or $520 for 100 seats and twenty apps. Bug and crash reports are unlimited on both paid plans.
Every current figure here was read on shakebugs.com/pricing on 4 October 2026, as served, and every older one on the Internet Archive's copies of the same page.
What does Shake cost?
| Plan | Billed yearly, a month | Billed monthly | Seats | Apps on dashboard | Bug reports | Data retention |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 3 | 1 | 20 a month | 1 month |
| Premium | $200 | $250 | 25 | 5 | Unlimited | 1 year |
| Organization | $420 | $520 | 100 | 20 | Unlimited | 2 years |
Crash reports and app users are unlimited on every plan. Free has limited integrations and Premium all of them; Organization adds payload control, data access and private team access. The page opens on the yearly prices.
Every plan includes 10,000 SDK initializations a month. Past that, Shake bills by the initialization: $100 a month billed yearly, or $120 monthly, for 10,000 to 100,000; $250 or $300 for 100,000 to 1 million; $450 or $540 for 1 million to 10 million; $2,000 or $2,400 for 10 million to 50 million. Teams over 20 apps or 100 seats are told to email friends@shakebugs.com for an Enterprise plan with custom data retention.
What does Shake cost as a team grows?
| Seats needed | Plan that fits | Price a month, billed yearly | Per seat at the full allowance |
|---|---|---|---|
| Up to 3 | Free | $0 | $0 |
| 4 to 25 | Premium | $200 | $8 |
| 26 to 100 | Organization | $420 | $4.20 |
| Over 100 | Enterprise, by email | Not listed | Not listed |
The step from three seats to four costs $200 a month, so a team of four pays $50 a seat and a full team of 25 pays $8. Above 100 seats or 20 apps, the page says to email for an Enterprise plan.
Is there a free plan or a trial?
Free runs forever, for 3 seats, 1 app and 20 bug reports a month. The page lists no trial of Premium or Organization, and every plan's button reads "Get started for free". The page lists no refund or money back terms. A subscription over $3,600 a year, meaning over $300 a month, can be paid once a year by invoice instead of by card.
Shake also discounts Premium for early stage startups: "$15 per month for your first year" on the annual plan, a cut from $200 to $15 a month.
How has Shake's price changed?

| October 2022 | Starter at $160; Professional at $280; Organization at $440; no separate monthly price shown |
| June 2023 | Starter at $160; Professional at $280 billed yearly or $350 billed monthly; Organization at $440 billed yearly or $550 billed monthly |

| June 2026 to October 2026 | Premium at $200 billed yearly or $250 billed monthly; Organization at $420 billed yearly or $520 billed monthly |
Shake's meter changed once, in the gap between the 2020 and 2022 copies, from a per active app price to seat based Starter, Professional and Organization plans, with Professional later renamed Premium. Starter, at $160 in the 2022 and 2023 copies, no longer appears on the page. Premium and Organization both dropped between the June 2023 and December 2023 copies, held for more than two years, then rose by about a quarter between the copies of January and June 2026: Premium from $160 to $200 billed yearly, Organization from $340 to $420.
Does Shake run a feature voting board?
It does. Its site navigation links to a Roadmap page described as letting customers "see, suggest and vote for upcoming features," separate from its pricing page.
What this costs
Lite
$9 /mo
Pro
$39 /mo
Lifetime
$999 once
Fourteen day trial of Pro, card asked for at signup. Nothing here counts the people who vote, so the bill does not move when the board starts working. The long version, with what happens if you stop paying.
VoteFirst is that kind of board, for customers to post requests, vote and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no seat count on either plan. Shake attaches a screen recording and full device and network state to every bug report; VoteFirst has no bug or crash reporting feature at all. Jam, Marker.io and Instabug price their own bug capture tools, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
How were these prices read?
The current plans come from shakebugs.com/pricing, read on 4 October 2026 as served and in a browser, with the production add on prices from the same page. The history comes from the Internet Archive's copies of the same address taken on 12 August 2020, 2 October 2022, 1 June 2023, 10 December 2023, 19 June 2024, 14 April 2025, 23 January 2026 and 15 June 2026. The 2020 copy needed its page rendered, since its prices load from scripts the archive does not keep as static text. Prices are in US dollars.
