Zoho Forms builds online forms, workflows and payment pages, and sizes every self serve plan by submissions a month and the number of users it allows. Free costs nothing for 1 user, 3 forms and 500 submissions a month, with 200 MB of storage. Basic is €12 a month, or €10 billed yearly, for 1 user, unlimited forms and 10,000 submissions. Standard is €30 or €25 for 10 users and 25,000 submissions. Professional is €60 or €50 for 25 users and 75,000 submissions. Premium is €110 or €90 for 100 users, 150,000 submissions and the only plan with HIPAA enabled forms.
Every current figure here was read on zoho.com/forms/pricing.html on 5 October 2026, as the page renders it from the Czech Republic in both billing views. Every older one came from the Internet Archive's copies of the same page.

The page served this visitor euros by default, with a tab to switch the display to pounds; it printed no dollar option to switch to. Every paid plan lists the same payment gateways, among them Stripe, PayPal, Square, Razorpay and Authorize.Net, along with custom PDFs and webhooks. Premium alone adds HIPAA compliance, a record audit, SMTP, a report scheduler and form encryption. A note under the plan cards says local taxes such as VAT or GST are charged in addition to every listed price.
What happens past the submission limit?
Zoho Forms' frequently asked questions say the submission limit depends on the subscribed plan, and the only way to raise it on a current plan is to buy a monthly or yearly submission add on from the Subscription page, or to upgrade to the next plan. The add on table, in a column headed "Price per Year", prices an extra 10,000 submissions at €120, 5 GB of storage at €60, 1,000 Flow tasks at €20 and 5,000 prefill searches at €60; one time packs cost €5 for 200 PDF credits and €6 for 5,000 AI credits. These add ons apply only to paid plans. An extra user costs €10.56 in the same column and is sold only on Premium.
Is there a free plan or a trial?
Free is described in the frequently asked questions as free forever, with no stated end date. Forms on Free still carry a "Powered by Zoho" footer, which the page says is removed automatically once the subscription is upgraded to a paid plan. The pricing page lists no trial period for Basic, Standard, Professional or Premium, and every plan card links straight to a signup form for that plan. To cancel, the FAQ says to "click on the Downgrade button under the Free plan". The pricing page lists no student or nonprofit discount and no refund policy.

Does Zoho Forms run a feature voting board?
No. Zoho's help portal runs a community forum for the product at help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/zoho-forms, sorted into Discussion, Announcement, Question, Idea and Problem categories. Opening an Idea labeled topic there, "User permissions for translation," showed no vote count: only a count of how many users share the same question, a reply count and a view count.
What this costs
Lite
$9 /mo
Pro
$39 /mo
Lifetime
$999 once
Fourteen day trial of Pro, card asked for at signup. Nothing here counts the people who vote, so the bill does not move when the board starts working. The long version, with what happens if you stop paying.
VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no count of submissions. Zoho Forms builds forms that collect answers, files and payments, and VoteFirst does none of that; it collects and ranks what customers want built next. Jotform caps every plan by submissions a month too, Cognito Forms by entries a month, Zoho Survey is Zoho's own survey tool, the form builder shortlist compares eleven form builders by the response, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
How were these prices read?
The current plans, limits and add on prices come from zoho.com/forms/pricing.html, read from the Czech Republic on 5 October 2026 in both the monthly and yearly billing views; the currency switch on that page offered only euros and pounds, no dollars. The frequently asked questions and the compare plans table on the same page supplied the trial, free plan and add on terms. The history comes from the Internet Archive's copies of zoho.com/forms/pricing.html taken on 25 July 2015 and 13 April 2016, the only two of ten yearly copies checked back to 2015 that printed their prices as plain text; the copies from 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and January 2026 load their prices with a script and carry no readable figure.
