Fullstory autocaptures and replays web and mobile sessions and builds product analytics on top of them, and its plans have been sized by session volume in every copy read here. Its pricing page now names three paid plans, Business, Advanced and Enterprise, and prints a dollar figure for none of them. Every one routes to a demo request or a sales call. The one plan with a public number is Free: FullstoryFree covers 30,000 sessions a month with 12 months of data retention, for up to 10 users, and needs no credit card.
Every current figure here was read on fullstory.com/pricing, which redirects to fullstory.com/plans/, in a browser on 5 October 2026, and every older one on the Internet Archive's copies of the same addresses.

The page describes Business as for companies that need deep product analytics and qualitative insights to grow with agility, Advanced, marked Popular, as for organizations that need to discover trends, plan roadmaps and improve funnels at scale, and Enterprise as for data science and analytics teams that build predictive models or use data for GenAI and LLMs. Five add ons sit outside the three plans: Multi-Org Management, Mobile, an Advantage Subscription, StoryAI and Guides and Surveys, each with its own "learn more" link and no listed price.
What does each plan include?
The page's comparison table is grouped under Session Insights, Product Analytics, Workflow and Collaboration, Data Ecosystem, Data Management and Access, and Security and Privacy, with rows from StoryAI Summaries and Live Session Viewing to heatmaps, funnels and session replay. Guides and Surveys and Mobile Analytics are marked as add ons on all three paid plans rather than included in any of them.
Is there a free plan or a trial?
Free is permanent. FullstoryFree gives 30,000 sessions a month, 12 months of retention and up to 10 users, with Session Replay, basic analytics and debugging tools, and the FAQ says it needs no credit card. Past that, the FAQ points to upgrading to a paid plan or requesting a demo, for advanced features such as dashboards and StoryAI or for more sessions. The current page mentions no trial; archived copies from 2020 to 2024 offered a 14 day trial.

| July 2025 | No price; the plan names become Business, Advanced and Enterprise, the structure still live in October 2026; Free still described only as a base level of sessions and storage |
| January 2026 | No price; Free now specific again, FullstoryFree at 30,000 sessions a month and 12 months retention, matching the October 2026 copy |
Fullstory printed prices from at least 2015 to October 2019. The entry price held at $199 a month from 2015 to 2018, and by October 2019 the cheapest paid plan started at $849, the figure that had been the top tier in 2015. Between the copies of October 2019 and July 2020 every dollar figure left the page at once, and none has returned since; Business and Enterprise have been demo gated for six years. The Free plan's own numbers went through the same pattern on a smaller scale: a specific session count and retention period through 2021, a vague "base level" description from 2022 to mid 2025, then a specific 30,000 sessions and 12 months again from January 2026 on.
Does Fullstory run a feature voting board?
Fullstory's pricing page lists no roadmap or voting board where customers post requests and vote on each other's. Where the page mentions roadmaps, it means the roadmaps Fullstory's customers plan with its analytics, not a public list of requests about Fullstory itself.

Fourteen day trial of Pro, card asked for at signup. Nothing here counts the people who vote, so the bill does not move when the board starts working. The long version, with what happens if you stop paying.
VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no session count anywhere in the price and no demo required to see it. Fullstory replays and autocaptures how visitors actually use a site, something VoteFirst does not do at all. LogRocket prices a comparable session replay tool on its own page with a public session slider, the session replay shortlist compares eight replay tools by the session, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
