Product Fruits pricing, by the monthly active user

Product Fruits prices its onboarding tours, checklists, surveys and feedback widget by monthly active users, the people who log in to your product in a month, each counted once however often they come back. At 1,500 of them, Starter is $149 a month, or $111 billed yearly. Pro is $249, or $187 yearly, and Business $499, or $374 yearly. Every price climbs with the user count, and the price table stops at 20,000.

Every current figure here was read on productfruits.com/pricing on 4 October 2026, including the price table in the page's own code, and every older one on the Internet Archive's copies of the same page.

Business adds onboarding by voice and in context, and permissions with single sign on through SAML, and its button books a demo rather than starting a trial.

Extra AI text conversations come in packs of 100, at $49 billed monthly or $37 billed yearly, and packs with video at $98 or $74.

What does Product Fruits cost as users grow?

Monthly active users Starter Pro Business
1,500 $149, or $111 yearly $249, or $187 yearly $499, or $374 yearly
3,000 $199, or $149 yearly $299, or $224 yearly $699, or $524 yearly

20,000 $499, or $373 yearly $649, or $487 yearly $1,599, or $1,199 yearly

Each figure is a month, and the yearly ones are a month billed yearly, read from the price table that drives the page's slider. The table stops at 20,000; past that the page prints no price.

Going from 1,500 users to 20,000 more than triples Starter and Business and takes Pro up by about two and a half times. The page's answers say Product Fruits keeps working for users above the quota and that its team then "will reach out" about a better fitting plan, and that guest users, those not yet logged in, need a custom quote.

Is there a free plan or a trial?

There is no free plan. Starter and Pro come with a free trial that, in the page's words, gives "full access to Product Fruits, and no credit card is required"; the archive's copies from 2020 to 2026 put it at 14 days. A subscription can be cancelled at any time from the billing section, and the page rules out partial refunds.

Does Product Fruits run a feature voting board?

Product Fruits' feedback widget lets users "report bugs, share ideas and flag friction" from inside your app, with a screenshot or a recording attached. Neither its pricing page nor its feedback product page lists a public roadmap or a board where users see each other's requests and vote on them.

It runs no tours, checklists or onboarding. Userpilot, Appcues and UserGuiding price onboarding on their own pages, the in app feedback tools are compared on one page, the product tour shortlist prices eight tour tools by the active user, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
