Simplesat pricing, by the response

Simplesat runs CSAT, NPS, CES and five star surveys for support teams and shows the feedback inside the help desk. It has four plans, each sized by survey responses received a month and the number of account users who can log in to build surveys and dashboards. Starter is $149 a month, or $119 billed yearly, for 300 responses and 5 account users. Pro is $299, or $249, for 1,000 responses and 10 users. Premium is $599, or $499, for 2,500 responses and 15 users. Scale is $999, or $829, for 5,000 responses and 20 users.

Every current figure here was read on simplesat.io/pricing on 4 October 2026, in the plan cards, the FAQ and the page's own hidden feature comparison table, and every older one on the Internet Archive's copies of the same page.

What does Simplesat cost?

Starter Pro Premium Scale
Billed monthly $149 $299 $599 $999
Billed yearly, a month $119 $249 $499 $829
Responses a month 300 1,000 2,500 5,000
Account users 5 10 15 20
Trial 14 days 14 days 14 days 14 days

Enterprise sits above Scale with no listed price, a custom response volume, directory sync and a dedicated customer success manager, and goes through sales. The plans also differ in brands: one on Starter, two on Pro, three on Premium and four on Scale. Team members, the agents who see feedback inside the help desk without logging into Simplesat, are unlimited on every plan including Starter. Surveys are unlimited to create on every plan too; only the number of responses that count toward a bill is capped. A response counts only when a customer actually answers, and on one click email surveys the first click is the response; previews and internal tests do not count.

What does a bigger response volume cost?

Responses a month Users Plan Billed monthly Billed yearly, a month Cost a response, billed monthly
300 5 Starter $149 $119 $0.50
1,000 10 Pro $299 $249 $0.30
2,500 15 Premium $599 $499 $0.24
5,000 20 Scale $999 $829 $0.20

Responses from any delivery method count toward the same cap. Once a plan's cap is exceeded, the page states that further responses are withheld until the next billing cycle or until the account is upgraded; it does not say a plan is upgraded automatically the way some rivals do.

Is there a free plan or a trial?

There is no free plan. The trial is 14 days and needs no credit card. The pricing page lists no refund or money back guarantee.

How has Simplesat's price changed?

Archive copy Plans and prices a month
August 2020 One plan, $79 billed yearly or $99 billed monthly, with unlimited users, emails, surveys and feedback; a 30 day trial with no card
August 2021 and July 2022 Standard at $79 yearly or $99 monthly, and Pro at $199 or $249 with custom survey design and several brands; still unlimited users, customers and surveys; the trial cut to 14 days
August 2023 Standard up to $99 yearly or $119 monthly; Pro unchanged at $199 or $249
August 2024 Responses capped for the first time: Standard at $109 or $119 for 1,000 responses and 5 account users, Pro at $229 or $249 for 3,000 and 15, Elite at $459 or $499 for 7,000 and 30, Enterprise by quote
August 2025 and September 2026 The same four plans and prices
4 October 2026 Starter at $119 or $149 for 300 responses and 5 users, Pro at $249 or $299 for 1,000 and 10, Premium at $499 or $599 for 2,500 and 15, Scale at $829 or $999 for 5,000 and 20, Enterprise by quote

The biggest change is the newest. The archive copy of 25 September 2026 still showed the plans from 2024, and nine days later the live page sold a smaller entry plan for more money. Billed monthly, the cheapest plan went from $119 for 1,000 responses to $149 for 300, so the price of a response on the bottom plan rose from about 12 cents to about 50. At the top of the self serve range, 7,000 responses for $499 became 5,000 for $999. Before 2024 none of this was metered: users and responses were unlimited, and the 2022 page answered the question of extra users by saying the price stayed the same for 1 or 100.

Does Simplesat run a feature voting board?

Simplesat's job is to run CSAT, CES and NPS surveys and report the scores to a help desk; its pricing page lists no board where customers post requests and vote on each other's, and its site navigation carries product and integration menus but no roadmap or ideas link.

VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no count of responses or users. It sends no CSAT, CES or NPS surveys and reports no scores to a help desk, which is all Simplesat does. Nicereply, Retently and Delighted price the same kind of survey on their own pages, the CSAT and NPS shortlist compares thirteen survey tools by the answered survey, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.

How were these prices read?

The current plans come from simplesat.io/pricing, read on 4 October 2026 as served, including the plan cards, the FAQ and the page's own hidden feature comparison table, which gives every figure in dollar amounts with no currency switch on the page. The history comes from the Internet Archive's copies of the same page taken on 8 August 2020, 23 August 2021, 17 July 2022, 25 August 2023, 2 August 2024, 31 August 2025 and 25 September 2026.

14 days, a card at signup, then $9 or $39 a month.
