Delighted pricing, after the shutdown

Delighted sent NPS, CSAT and CES surveys by email, SMS, a link, a web widget or an app SDK. No plan is for sale. On 4 October 2026, delighted.com/pricing forwards to a page on Qualtrics' site that says: "Thank you for your interest in Delighted. It's no longer available, but Qualtrics offers the same fast and easy feedback collection plus AI capabilities to help you take action and create customers for life."

The last price list, in the Internet Archive's copy of 1 June 2026, ran from a free plan for 25 responses a month to Premium at $249 a month for 500. Every figure here was read on that copy and on the archive's earlier copies of the same page.

What did Delighted cost before it closed?

Plan Price a month Responses a month Users
Free $0 25 1
Starter $19 50 2
Growth $39 100 3
Advanced $149 250 5
Premium $249 500 10
More Custom Above 500 Above 10

Every plan carried unlimited surveys and survey sends, question logic, branding with your logo and colors, and more than 35 free integrations, Slack, Shopify and Zendesk among them. Premium was the only plan with the six premium integrations, Salesforce, Segment and HubSpot among them, and the page asked anyone needing more responses or users to "Contact us for custom pricing". Prices excluded sales tax.

The copies from October 2025 to June 2026 print each price as a bare "/mo", with no billing period beside it. Until May 2025 the same cards said "Plans are billed yearly. Monthly pricing is also available for 10% more."

What did each response cost?

Plan Price a month Per response at the full allowance
Starter $19 $0.38
Growth $39 $0.39
Advanced $149 $0.60
Premium $249 $0.50

The two cheap plans priced a response at under forty cents. Advanced, the step up to five users, cost more per response than Premium, so a team that outgrew Growth paid most for each answer on the plan in between.

Was there a free plan or a trial?

Until the end there was a free plan for 25 responses and one user, "no credit card required". From 2021 to 2023 there was a 7 day trial instead, with "access to all Premium Plus features" and "No credit card necessary until you select a plan", beside a free plan for 1,000 survey sends a month. No copy read mentions refunds. On 4 October 2026 there was neither plan nor trial: the address forwards to Qualtrics, which prints no price on any product.

October 2026 delighted.com forwards to Qualtrics; no plans offered

The top plan cost $224 a month billed yearly for eight years, from the copy of June 2017 to that of May 2025, while what it bought changed underneath it: 10,000 people surveyed a month until 2023, then 500 responses from June 2024. The free plan went the same way, from 1,000 surveys sent a month in 2020 to 25 responses in 2024.

The copy of 1 June 2026 prints all four prices with no button to start a plan on any card, where the January copy had one on each. The Qualtrics page that replaced it carries a publication date of 25 June 2026 in its own code.

Did Delighted run a feature voting board?

Delighted asked customers one rating question and a follow up, and grouped the answers into trends. None of its pricing pages read here lists a board where customers post requests and vote on each other's.

VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no count of responses. It sends no NPS or CSAT surveys, so it replaces the "what should we build next" half of a Delighted follow up question, not the score. Zonka Feedback, Survicate and Qualaroo price NPS surveys on their own pages, Formbricks is open source and free to host yourself, the CSAT and NPS shortlist compares thirteen survey tools by the answered survey, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
