Nicereply pricing, by the response

Nicereply sends CSAT, CES and NPS surveys by email signature, post resolution email, link or website pop up, and reports the scores back to a help desk. It has four plans, each sized by survey responses received a month and the number of users on the account. Starter is $79 a month, or $59 billed yearly, for 100 responses and 3 users. Essential is $149, or $119, for 250 responses and 10 users. Growth is $299, or $239, for 1,000 responses and 25 users. Business is $449, or $359, for 2,500 responses and 50 users.

Every current figure here was read on nicereply.com/pricing on 4 October 2026, where both the monthly and the yearly price sit in the page's own markup side by side with no toggle to click, and every older one on the Internet Archive's copies of the same page.

What does Nicereply cost?

Starter Essential Growth Business
Billed monthly $79 $149 $299 $449
Billed yearly, a month $59 $119 $239 $359
Responses a month 100 250 1,000 2,500
Users 3 10 25 50
Trial 14 days 14 days 14 days 14 days

The page advertises 20 percent off for yearly billing. The saving runs from $240 a year on Starter to $1,080 on Business, which is 25 percent on Starter and 20 percent on the other three. Every plan carries the same feature list: CSAT, CES and NPS surveys, every integration including Zendesk, Front, Help Scout and Pipedrive, an unlimited number of active surveys, post resolution and in signature email surveys, link surveys, website pop up surveys, and Nicereply's own feedback analytics. Nothing on the page is gated to the larger plans; only the response count and the user count change. A team that needs more users, more responses or a special price is told to contact sales, with no figure printed for that tier.

What does a bigger response volume cost?

Responses a month Users Plan Billed monthly Billed yearly, a month Cost a response, billed monthly
100 3 Starter $79 $59 $0.79
250 10 Essential $149 $119 $0.60
1,000 25 Growth $299 $239 $0.30
2,500 50 Business $449 $359 $0.18

The page counts a response only when a customer actually answers a survey, not when one is sent. Its own FAQ puts a typical response rate at around 10 percent for email surveys and around 5 percent for website pop ups, and its own example is a team handling 5,000 tickets a month collecting about 500 responses. A plan that is exceeded on responses or users is upgraded automatically to the next one up.

Is there a free plan or a trial?

There is no free plan. The trial is 14 days, needs no credit card, and the page adds a 30 day money back guarantee on top of it.

How has Nicereply's price changed?

Archive copy Plans and prices a month
July 2015 Starter $19 for 5 users, Pro $49 for 25, Business $99 for 75; meter was team members, trial 30 days
June 2016 Renamed Start, Grow and Business; meter switched to received ratings: $89 or $79 yearly for 500, $199 or $179 for 2,500, $329 or $299 for 5,000; trial cut to 14 days
June 2017 Same three names, with lower response counts: $99 or $79 for 250, $199 or $159 for 1,000, $299 or $239 for 2,500
July 2019 Renamed Mini, Start, Grow and Business, with a user count added to each: $49 or $39 for 100 responses and 3 users, $99 or $79 for 250 and 10, $199 or $159 for 1,000 and 25, $299 or $239 for 2,500 and 50
November 2021 and September 2022 Same four names, same prices and the same response and user counts as July 2019, unchanged for three years
August 2023 Renamed Starter, Essential, Growth and Business, with every price raised at the same response and user counts: $79 or $59 for 100 and 3, $149 or $119 for 250 and 10, $299 or $239 for 1,000 and 25, $449 or $359 for 2,500 and 50
March 2024, August 2025 and September 2026 Unchanged from August 2023

The entry price has risen from $19 in 2015, when the meter was team members, to $79 today, and the meter has moved twice since, first to received ratings in 2016 and then to survey responses with a separate user count added in 2019. Response and user limits held steady from July 2019 through September 2022, and between that September and August 2023 every price rose by about half, from $49 to $79 at the bottom and $299 to $449 at the top, with the limits unchanged. Nothing has moved since.

Does Nicereply run a feature voting board?

Nicereply's job is to run CSAT, CES and NPS surveys and report the scores; its pricing page lists no board where customers post requests and vote on each other's, and no public roadmap.

VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no count of responses or users. It sends no CSAT, CES or NPS surveys and scores nothing, which is all Nicereply does. Simplesat, Retently, Delighted and Zonka Feedback price the same kind of survey on their own pages, the CSAT and NPS shortlist compares thirteen survey tools by the answered survey, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.

How were these prices read?

The current plans come from nicereply.com/pricing, read on 4 October 2026 as served, including the plan cards, the FAQ and the page's own schema.org pricing data, which gives every figure in US dollars. The history comes from the Internet Archive's copies of the same page taken on 16 July 2015, 4 June 2016, 6 June 2017, 23 July 2019, 17 November 2021, 27 September 2022, 4 August 2023, 11 March 2024, 24 August 2025 and 25 September 2026.

14 days, a card at signup, then $9 or $39 a month.
