Userflow pricing, by the monthly active user

Userflow builds onboarding tours, checklists, surveys and in app help. In the summer of 2026 it replaced its Startup and Pro plans with two products. Adoption Studio, the onboarding builder, is $500 a month, or $400 billed yearly, for 1,000 monthly active users, and every thousand after that costs between $30 and $10 a month depending on how many you have. Adoption Agent, an AI assistant inside your app, is $100 a month for 500 AI credits, with no charge for users. Customers on the old plans keep them.

Userflow's pricing page answered a request on 4 October 2026 with a Cloudflare security check, so the current figures come from the Internet Archive's copy of userflow.com/pricing taken on 14 July 2026, the newest copy read, and every older figure from earlier copies of the same page.

Adoption Studio carries unlimited flows, surveys, NPS, banners, launchers, checklists, tooltips and tours, Userflow's AI builder, no code event tracking, all integrations, and custom CSS with fully white labelled experiences. Adoption Agent carries the assistant, trained on your existing help content from Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom or Salesforce, the flows it can start, and the core integrations. Both list SOC 2 Type II, GDPR and a promise of no AI model training on your data.

The Agent card says "1 credit = 1 AI response", and the answers lower on the same page say one credit covers two AI messages. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

What does Adoption Studio cost as users grow?

Each thousand is charged at the rate of its own band, so the totals below add the bands up, the way the page's own price calculator does.

1,000 $500 $400
5,000 $620 $496

Small products pay more than they did. At 3,000 users the old Startup plan was $300 a month, or $240 billed yearly; Adoption Studio is $560, or $448. At 10,000 the old Pro plan was $850, or $680; Adoption Studio is $770, or $616, with unlimited seats where Startup had three team members.

Is there a free plan or a trial?

There is no free plan. The page's answers say either product can be tried "for 14 days, with no credit card required and access the full functionality of that product during your trial", and every copy since January 2021 offers the same 14 day trial. On customers already paying, the answers say "Nothing changes with your current Startup or Pro plan. Existing customers can remain on your current plan and pricing." The copy lists no refund terms.

The new first band charges $150 for each 5,000.

Does Userflow run a feature voting board?

Userflow's pricing page lists surveys, NPS and an AI assistant, and no board where users post requests and vote on each other's. Its sister product has one. Userflow's site has carried the line "Userflow joins forces with Beamer" since the copy of December 2023, Beamer's pricing page now calls the product Beamer by Userflow, and Beamer sells an Ideas board with voting and a public roadmap as an add on to its changelog.

VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no count of monthly active users. It runs no tours, checklists or AI assistant. Product Fruits, Userpilot and Appcues price onboarding on their own pages, the in app feedback tools are compared on one page, the product tour shortlist prices eight tour tools by the active user, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
