Looppanel is an AI research assistant that records and transcribes interviews, tags and analyzes them, and holds the result in a searchable repository. It prices by the editor, meaning anyone who can upload or analyze a call, while view only collaborators stay unlimited on every plan. Solo costs $49 a month, or $540 a year with a badge for one month free, for one editor. Pro costs $395 a month, or $4,200 a year with the same one month free badge, for five editors included. Enterprise has no printed price and asks for a minimum of 10 editors.
Every current figure here was read on looppanel.com/pricing on 5 October 2026, and every older figure on the Internet Archive's copies of the same page.
What does Looppanel cost?
| Plan | Price | Editors included | What it includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solo | $49 a month, or $540 a year | 1 | View only access for collaborators, tagging by question or theme, AI powered notes, auto record, one analysis run a project, one click video clips, smart search within a project, a shareable insights summary |
| Pro | $395 a month, or $4,200 a year | 5 minimum | Everything in Solo, plus unlimited viewers, three analysis runs a project, video highlight reels, Ask Looppanel AI, the Looppanel MCP beta, workspace metadata, a team workspace, global smart search and centralized admin and billing |
| Enterprise | Talk to Us, no price printed | 10 minimum | Everything in Pro, plus a stakeholder repository view, custom legal agreements, security review support, invoicing, custom SSO through Okta or ADFS, PII redaction, automated data deletion policies, translation across 96 languages, data migration from other tools, API access and granular access control |
The page's own full width comparison table lists transcription hours, number of uploads and view only collaborators as unlimited on every plan. The same table's narrow layout, and the bullet list on each plan card, print specific caps instead: Solo at 5 transcription hours and 5 uploads a month (60 hours and 60 uploads a year on the annual badge), and Pro at 30 transcription hours and 30 uploads a month (360 hours and 120 uploads a year). Enterprise prints "Custom" for both in the narrow layout. Both versions sit in the page's own markup, so the page gives two answers to how many hours each plan transcribes; the card bullets agree with the narrow layout.
The FAQ says a team on Pro can add editors up to 10 in all, at $75 a month for each additional editor, and points a team that needs more to Enterprise.
What does Looppanel cost as the editor count grows?
| Editors | Pro a month |
|---|---|
| 5 (included) | $395 |
| 6 | $470 |
| 8 | $620 |
| 10 (Pro's printed cap) | $770 |
Solo has no path to a second editor on the page; the next step up is Pro. The page prints no Pro price past 10 editors; past that point it points to Enterprise, which prints no price and starts at a 10 editor minimum.
Is there a free plan or a trial?
Looppanel's pricing page lists no free plan. Solo carries a "Try 15 Days Free" button that leads to self serve signup. Pro and Enterprise show only a "Book a Demo" button, with no self serve trial listed for either. The page does not say whether the Solo trial asks for a card, and it lists no refund terms and no description of what happens to a workspace after a trial ends or a subscription is canceled. The FAQ does say a monthly subscription can be canceled at any time.

The 2023 copy priced every tier by the user and by a monthly transcript count; the 2024, 2025 and 2026 copies price by transcription hours instead. A Business tier at $1,000 a month paid annually sits in the April 2024 copy and in neither the February 2023 nor the January 2025 copy. Solo reads $30 a month in the April 2024 and January 2025 copies, is absent from the January 2026 copy and reads $49 on the live page. Pro reads $350 a month in the 2024 and 2025 copies and $395 in the January 2026 copy and on the live page.
Does Looppanel run a feature voting board?
No. Looppanel's footer links a Release Notes page titled "Product Updates, Features & Bug Fixes." A check of feedback.looppanel.com, community.looppanel.com, ideas.looppanel.com and roadmap.looppanel.com returned no response from any of them, and looppanel.canny.io and canny.io/looppanel both returned a not found page. The pricing page and the footer link no public board where customers post requests and vote on each other's.

Fourteen day trial of Pro, card asked for at signup. Nothing here counts the people who vote, so the bill does not move when the board starts working. The long version, with what happens if you stop paying.
VoteFirst is a feature request board: customers post requests, vote on each other's and follow a public roadmap, at $9 a month for one project or $39 for unlimited projects and colleagues, with no editor count or transcription hour cap. Looppanel records, transcribes and analyzes customer interviews, and VoteFirst does none of that; it collects and ranks what customers want built next. Dovetail prints a Free plan and an unpriced Enterprise plan, Condens starts at €15 a month for one contributor, Great Question charges $129 a seat a month, User Interviews charges $49 a recruited session on Pay As You Go, the user research shortlist compares research tools by the seat and the study, and the pricing hub groups every vendor by what it meters.
